QCPC – Quality Control & Process Control is the process to achieve quality improvement through the elimination of process variation. QCPC requires the gathering of turnback in the process and the progressive elimination of these turnbacks through the use of problem solving and full proof mechanisms.

Standardization – Works at eliminating processes wastes through a detailed definition of the activities required to obtain the results desired with minimal wastes.

Poka Yoke – Poka Yoke recognizes that human make mistakes and that 100% inspections are not efficient in eliminating quality defects and implements methods for error elimination using automatic signals and visual aids.

SMED – Single Minute Exchange Die looks for a reduction in machine and assembly line preparation time of one product to another in order to achieve One Piece Flow and cycle time reduction for greater flexibility and inventory reduction.
