Research Analyst

(bachelors degree, no prior experience)

Consultant

(bachelors degree + 2 or more years experience)

A person with minimal experience in consulting who comes to the firm in an entry-level position. His personal educational background is highly assessed. Although no critical experience is required (Research Analyst), he/she should posses very good interpersonal skills including a high desire to develop fast in a very work intensive environment. Below is a summary of expectations:

Senior Consultant

(MBA + 1-3 years) or (Bachelor degree with 3 years + field experience)

In addition to the qualifications of a Consultant, a Senior Consultant should be able to perform managerial responsibilities. A person who is familiar with all aspects of consulting and has had significant experience in developing client/consultant relationships and completing assignments. He/she should be able to manage project teams, develop workplans, build client relationships, train others on-the-job, carry on all the phases of an assignment, present results to the client as well as develop new clients and practice areas. Below is a summary of expectations:

General/Specialist Manager

(MBA + 3 minimum years) or (Bachelor degree with 5 years or more field experience)

In addition to the Senior Consultant job requirements, the General or Specialist Manager assumes full responsibility for the coordination of the client project in which assignments should be performed efficiently including the client relationship and project team.

Capable of managing multiple projects
Ensures quality and effectiveness in the consulting practices
Responsible for functioning as mentors for consultants
Provides leadership to firm operations and closes hiring of new consultants
Completed many consulting assignments
Responsible for marketing/execution of assignments
Takes a share from firm profits
Responsible for bringing new projects to the firm
Responsible for client relation

 

Partner

(High-grade of knowledge in consulting and management, experience within the firm, appointed internally)

He represents the lead of the organization or an important specialization area or department within the firm. His/her responsibilities include managing the firm, formulating policy and acquiring new engagements.

Recognized expert in its field
Responsible for the overall success of the company
Responsible for developing a network of expert practitioners
Responsible for the introducing Uniexcel in new countries and assignments
Responsible for client relation at top level
Develops new intellectual capital
Keeps relations with universities, government, social organizations, etc.

 

Administrative and Support Staff

Support functions include office manager, financial director, editors, graphic artists, secretaries and personnel/training administrators. Each person arguments the consulting firm while contributing to the quality of the internal working environment.

Supports consultants in carrying certain practical aspects of work
Carry out most paperwork, accounting, or report production activities
