Uniexcel Recruiting Process

The recruiting process at Uniexcel generally consists of an initial campus interview followed by a first round of interviews at the office. Uniexcel actively recruits at leading MBA and undergraduate programs including a good number of summer internships. However candidates are also selected from industry, and other academic disciplines, depending on the nature of the current engagement. In general, Uniexcel will considered qualified applicants from any source.

Uniexcel is very selective in its recruiting process. Candidates pass a set of interview rounds and examinations (quantitative, case, human resources) and are evaluated in a accordance to a broad range of qualifications and skills. The goal of Uniexcel is to hire performance-oriented consultants who will be contributing since day one.

Undergraduate candidates are evaluated on academic records, extracurricular activities, as well as analytical, creative and communication skills, selected candidates tend to be at the top of their class. For MBAs selection is mostly focused on demonstrated achievement, relevant work experience and education. However other important factors are considered as well, such as interpersonal skills, team orientation, creativity and a general affinity for consulting work and environment.

Uniexcel summer program is designed to provide MBA candidates in their first year an in-depth, on-the-job experience and for Uniexcel represents a form to identify potential full-time consultants to join upon completion of their MBA degree.
